The primary objectives of the Advanced RCM System include improving the efficiency and accuracy of revenue cycle processes in healthcare. The system aims to automate repetitive tasks, enhance coding accuracy, reduce claim denials, and provide actionable insights for better financial decision-making.

Designed, developed, and automated the MTBC CareCloud Revenue Cycle Management system to forecast monthly and daily charges, as well as payments associated with claims generated during the billing process. I implemented a machine learning algorithm, specifically XGBoost Regression, and trained it using three years worth of historical data from 800 healthcare practices (hospitals). This algorithm enabled the prediction of monthly charges and payments, and I further integrated it to provide daily updates.
