Greenfield SAP Implementation
Setting up the Procurement to Pay(P2P) SAP module for one of the largest Food Processing & Marketing companies in Pakistan.
Responsibilities
• Finalization of Materials Management Solutions during the Project Preparation Phase.
• Conducted Project Kick-off workshops and shared the project plan with the key Business Process Owners.
• Conducted Business Blueprint Workshops and meetings with the Business Process owners to ascertain their requirements.
• Finalized and formulated the Business Blue Prints (To-Be Documents) in light of the Best Business Practices & requirements gathered from the Process Owners.
• Holding weekly meetings to fetch the status report in order to gauge and monitor working progress of different modular teams.
• Configured Procurement to Pay cycle (P2P), Configured Material Master, Purchasing Info record, Source lists, contracts, scheduling agreements, release orders, quota management, Info Records, Sub-Contracting Process
• Configured Inventory management Movement types, GR, GI, Transfer posting and Stock transport order (STO).
• Conducted Unit Testing, Integration Testing and Scenario Testing.
• Developed cut over Plan.
• System Go-Live.
• 24 * 7 support of MM after Go-Live.
