The German E-commerce market is one of the largest in the world, accounting for 25% of European E-commerce volume and €71 billion in sales i.e., it's a country that provides a huge opportunity for global expansion. Witnessing the competition, myGermany GmBH, outlined its business expansion plan to extend its global presence, rather than just offering Shipping & Forwarding Services. It wished to launch a Multi-vendor marketplace to connect German dealers to international customers; tailor-made to augment its core business.

Responsibilities

------DEVELOPED ----- A Magento 2 multi-vendor marketplace for German and European markets A complex commission system having Global and Vendor Centric calculations Simple and Quick – One Step checkout process A Hybrid application for iOS & Android. Web service using different data formats like SOAP/REST -----INTEGRATED----- Existing customer base into Marketplace solution Existing Shipping Cost Calculations during Checkout Shipping service provider tracking for a 360° view Cryptocurrency as a payment method Embedded Shipping Cost calculations ------CUSTOMIZED---- Attributes of Products & categories and mark-ups in API interfaces Order statuses to give mYGermany mandatory process controls Vendor & End Customer Billing & Invoicing Calculations DROP Shipment facility but via Germany.
