The solution was to automate the business processes and train the Classification and Information Extraction models.
Responsibilities
Project TL Activities:
1. Assistance in leading Daily, Refinement, Retro, Sprint Review, Demo meetings
2. Manage all Front-End part of the Team (3-5 members):
- interviewing, mentoring, onboarding
- decomposing stories and epics, requirement verification
- one-to-one
- checking the execution of tasks to achieve the requirements
Key Front-End Engineer Activities:
- designing architecture for projects and new features
- helping other teams achieve a release as FE developer
- participation in weekly support duties to support the performance of the entire product
- inner interview for FE developers
- participation in the development and design of business logic, and proposal of solutions that would meet the requirements
- development of new functionality, UI/UX design review
- performance optimisations
- code review, refactoring according to new approaches
