Description of Project
OTT Platform development which provides its audience with thrilling sports content. It features world-class soccer tournaments and is accessible through both the website and mobile apps, where sports enthusiasts can watch every moment of their favorite games from any location. Additionally, the platform includes features such as news, highlights, scores, standings, and exclusive sports analytics.
Responsibilities
Supervised and directed a team of five senior frontend developers to ensure the successful delivery of two critical company projects, within budget and schedule.
Worked closely with management, vendors, and third-party partners (including Google Ads and Batch), ensuring the website for a huge tv channel company has complete functionality, optimum performance, SEO, and effective internalization.
Managed all aspects of the development for a new vendor application system, based on React (Next.js), for the sports industry, overseeing the project from conceptualization (front-end architecture) and design (schema diagrams), through development, and final deployment (on Azure).
Provided accurate estimations and segregated core features, devised strategies for localizing the system into 11 languages, supported lrt/rtl (for Arabic language), implemented dynamic routing, and enabled responsive viewing.
Delivered outstanding performance on challenge tasks, such as providing support for the hybrid apps bridge (IOS, Android through webview), supporting push notifications, and developing and maintaining custom elements using Kentico CMS API.
