Implementation of Oracle EBS solution for a leading FMCG organization of Bangladesh with over 20,000 employees.

1. Achieved operational excellence for the group with a yearly turnover of $238 Million and a workforce of 10,000 people by spearheading the Oracle EBS ERP implementation. 2. Restructured the legacy supply chain operation of the organization by developing Sales Forecasting, Distribution Planning and Production Forecasting system and reduced 40% system loss. 3. Standardized the IT and HR operations of the organization by developing and implementing standard operating procedure. 4. Revamped the complete IT Infrastructure of the organization by setting up a Data Center, Disaster Recovery site and connectivity among all the remote locations, factories and head office.
