- Task prioritization and functional requirements description for LMS development team

— Launch of a custom-designed LMS
— Transfer of the learning process to a new LMS
— Organization of emergency work to eliminate launch errors. Minimization of manual work on content and user management
— Implementation of Agile work standards in LMS development team
